How do I reactivate a carpooler?

In the case that you deactivated a carpooler and they have been rehired, you can give them access to your Scoop Managed Carpool program by following these steps:

1. From your Scoop Dashboard, visit the Deactivated carpoolers tab
2. Locate the deactivated carpooler you wish to reactivate by searching their email
3. Under the Actions column, select the gear icon next to carpooler’s name
4. Choose “Reactivate carpooler” from the dropdown menu

Reactivated carpoolers will appear in the Active carpoolers tab.
