What are the criteria for carpoolers showing up in my Active carpoolers tab?

If a carpooler took a trip with your company’s Scoop program at any point while they were employed with you, they’ll show up in your company’s Active carpoolers tab. The following exclusions apply:

• If they’ve updated their Scoop profile with a new/different employer email address
• If they’ve been deactivated from your company’s Scoop program
• If they no longer have an active profile with Scoop

To note: in your Active carpoolers tab, you will only see employees or contractors who have actually taken a Scoop trip. This list does not include employees or contractors who have downloaded the app but never taken a Scoop trip.
