How can I use carpooler reports?

The carpooler reports tab provides data on carpooler activity that you can download and use to reach a deeper understanding of usage and performance of your Scoop program.

A report includes the total number of trips each carpooler in your program took in the given month, broken out by their rides versus their drives. The data is aggregated this way so you can conduct the in-depth analyses you need while also protecting the privacy of your carpoolers.

Reports can be downloaded in a CSV format by month or year. Click on “view an example” to see the data included in each report and click on any month or year to download your copy.
