Scoop allows employers to control and manage daily office attendance. Employers may do so by adding their office locations then setting and managing office capacity policies. Scoop admins are able to set the capacity limit by building directly in their Scoop dashboard.
Here’s how to add a building and set office capacity limits
- Login to your Scoop dashboard.
- On the left navigation bar, click “Buildings” in the settings category
- Click “Add Building”.
- Create a ”Building Name”.
- Enter your office “Address” and select it from the populated drop down list. This will auto populate a building perimeter on the right.
- Enter the max capacity in the daily check-in limit.
- Click “Add Building” on the bottom right and you’re all set!
- If you have multiple offices where you wish to set capacity, simply follow the same steps for each office building.
Deleting a building location
- On the left navigation bar, click “Buildings” in the settings category
- Click “View” to the right of the building name
- Then click “Delete building”
- A pop up will appear on your screen asking you to confirm the building deletion. Confirm deletion by clicking “Delete”
